System Requirements
Which operating systems are supported by Securina?
Securina supports 64-bit editions of Windows 10 and Windows 11.
It does not support Linux, macOS, or mobile operating systems such as iOS and Android.
Subscription
If I cancel my subscription, how can I recover my encrypted files?
After your subscription is canceled, Securina will no longer be able to decrypt your encrypted files. Therefore, we strongly recommend decrypting all encrypted files before your subscription expires.
If you later discover that some files were not decrypted, you can subscribe again through AWS Marketplace and decrypt the remaining files during your active subscription period.

For system stability, do not encrypt executable files, operating system files, or file types you are unfamiliar with, as doing so may cause unexpected system issues.
Device Licensing
Can I use Securina on more than one computer?
Yes.
If you want to use Securina on two computers, simply purchase a subscription with 2 seats.
After installation, you can assign licenses to each device through the management portal, allowing both computers to use Securina simultaneously.
